Call to Order and Declaration of Quorum

Noting that a quorum was present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at approximately 5:30pm.

Land Recognition Statement

The Mayor read the Land Recognition Statement into the record.

Adoption of Agenda

  THAT the agenda for November 29, 2021 special meeting of Committee be adopted, as circulated.

Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof

There were no pecuniary interests disclosed by any of the members present.

Department Reports

4.1

Corporate Services

Treasurer Quinlin-Murphy, Director of Public Works, Jason Marr and Deputy Treasurer Tunikaitis presented information regarding the 2022 Capital Budget for the Town of Pelham.

5.

Committee Input

The 2022 Capital Budget was recommended for approval.

• Moved By Councillor Bob Hildebrandt

  THAT Committee direct staff to investigate the feasibility of including a LED Street Light Conversion Project in 2022;

  AND THAT Committee direct staff to present project option(s) which have no capital spending increases for the 2022 Budget; 

  AND THAT Committee direct staff to report back to Council by December 20^th, 2021.

  THAT Committee receive the 2022 Capital Budget presentation by the Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer and Director of Public Works, for information;

  AND THAT Committee receive the ten-year capital forecast, for information;

  AND THAT Committee recommend to Council to approve the 2022 Capital Budget, at their meeting scheduled for December 20th, 2021.
